Platform role
Brand Deal Buddy provides campaign listings, form collection, and human review. We do not operate social-media accounts on users' behalf, do not represent Threads, X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or their affiliates, and do not provide official verification, reach guarantees, or platform-backed data.
Prohibited content
Campaigns involving illegal activity, fraud, pyramid schemes, gambling, pornography, illegal drugs, infringement, deceptive advertising, fake traffic or followers, engagement manipulation, malicious attacks, account trading, identity substitution, bypassing platform restrictions, prohibited political content, or anything else that violates applicable law or relevant platform rules are not allowed.
Advertising & content responsibility
Posters must ensure promotional claims are accurate and lawful and use required advertising disclosures under applicable law and platform rules. Regulated areas such as health, finance, education, immigration, and recruitment require appropriate qualifications. Creators must have lawful rights to the text, images, video, music, and trademarks they publish.
Transactions & payment boundaries
The platform does not hold, collect, or pay collaboration funds, provide transaction guarantees, or promise refunds. Both sides are responsible for identity checks, contracts, pricing, delivery, invoicing, taxes, and cross-border payment arrangements. If platform service fees are introduced in the future, they will be handled through compliant business entities and payment channels.
Account & platform rules
Users must follow applicable local law and the terms and advertising policies of Threads, X, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Users remain responsible for losses arising from reach restrictions, account suspension, content removal, or platform-policy changes.
Review & complaints
The platform may manually review campaign and creator information and may reject, edit, remove, or restrict non-compliant content. If you find suspected infringement, fraud, or other unlawful activity, please use our Contact us page to report it. When necessary, we may retain handling records and cooperate with lawful regulatory or judicial requests.
